Firstly, I love Waterproofing. More specifically, I love solving the waterproof problem – its either waterproof or it inst. Simple as that. Some people would say im a water kid – always have been. still splashing water around in kind of weird “hey, stop it getting inside” way. My extensive customer focus, hospitality industry management background is not wasted here. Lets be honest, you want someone client focused when dealing with clients, Right? I’ve also pivoted into training the next generation of waterproofing professionals as well as operating the business.
