National Construction Code Changes
The National Construction Code is undergoing an overhaul making it imperative for construction professionals to stay up-to-date with the changes.
We are fortunate to have speaker, George Dahrie from Noviion Engineering, to compare and contrast the outdated NCC 2022 with NCC 2025 for Class 2 building. His presentation includes –
- major regulatory shifts across facades, structures and waterproofing
- the move to reliability-based structural verification
- stricter fire resistance and sprinkler requirements
- comprehensive waterproofing changes such as mandatory falls and set downs, and
- new energy provisions including thermal breaks, solar PV, and EV readiness.
Diploma of Waterproofing Design and Survey
This seminar will also present an introduction to the Diploma of Waterproofing Design for those looking to upskill, or legitimise their on-the-tools knowledge. Our presenter, Darin Grace, joins us from Master Builders NSW to cover the diploma’s value, its content, application process and how to show prior learning.
