The landscape for compliance and complaint handling is changing in Victoria as the new building protection regulation hit this July. The immediate impact of these reforms will be felt in Victoria initially but the AIW encourages all members around the country to be alert to what is happening here in anticipation of potential changes in your respective state. · The planned integration of functions between the VBA, VMIA and the DBDRV into a single one-stop entity
· First resort warranty explained.
· Minimum financial requirements for builders must comply with to obtain and maintain registration
